Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. No charge for card payments.
Any credit card refunds given will be subject to a surcharge of £0.60 which is charged to us by the card companies

For back ordered items a deposit of 20% will be taken and the balance will be charged when ready for shipment. Switch and Maestro cards can only be accepted if the goods ordered are delivered to the cardholders address.
Shipping And Handling We ship all items within the UK mainland. If you are outside this zone and you wish to order Items under 2kg please call 0161 7615803 or use the contact link for information and costs. We do not send items over 2kg overseas unless you specifically ask us to do so. We use 'APC overnight ' for larger items, and Royal Mail for all smaller items. .If not in, items will only be delivered a second time after a card is left, if still not able to deliver you will have to make arrangements to collect goods from your local depot yourself. any items returned to us due to non delivery after this time the return cost will be charged to you and will incur a restocking fee.
Delivery Schedule
Every effort will be made to deliver as soon as possible. We will normally send your order to you within 3 business days If the items are in stock. Larger items and goods ordered specially for you please allow 10 to 14 days delivery.
Any next day delivery does not include saturdays.

All items are checked before dispatch. Payments will not be taken until orders are being processed. All goods must be checked immediately for damaged cartons and recorded on delivery note, otherwise claims will be rejected by the carrier. You must notify Angelcots with details of any Items goods damaged during the course of delivery within three days of delivery in writing by e-mail or letter otherwise no claim for compensation can be considered.
If instructions are given to leave items eg, round back or in greenhouse etc we cannot accept responsibility for non delivery if items go missing, as we won't be able to claim from the post office or couriers etc.
Please note on overseas deliveries, we cannot accept responsibility for non delivery unless the signed for service is selected.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
